Perishable Goods

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we are unable to accept returns on coffee products once they have been shipped. However, if there is an issue with your order, such as receiving the wrong item or if the product is damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider's policies.
